CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

All services need a credit card guarantee against late cancellation and missed appointments. When making your spa reservation, please have a Visa or MasterCard ready.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services to avoid cancellation charges of 50 percent of the cost of services reserved. If the reserved time can be filled, no charge will be made.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included with any service or gift certificate.

Your time here is for self-renewal and relaxation. Please turn all pagers and cell phones off.
